How Do I Meet People?

Our church is not a place for spectators. It is a place for team members. Whether you are a five-year old child, a ninety-five year old grandmother, a busy mom, or a businessman with big responsibilities, we want you to be a part of our vibrant church community. Here is how you can learn, serve, and grow at this church.

Small Group

Often, small groups of people are better able to interact and learn about a topic than larger groups are. For that reason, our church has small Bible studies held in member homes at various times and places throughout the year. The size of the group is anywhere from six to twelve people at a time designated by the group leader.

Youth Ministry

Each Sunday morning, children get to participate in their own classes. Bible lessons are taught in such a way that every child gets to participate and learn. Each of the class teachers is carefully screened and thoroughly trained in children's instruction. The youth ministry of our church is recognized for their meaningful interaction with kids.

Young Adults

Life can get complicated once you cross that nebulous threshold into adulthood. There are complicated decisions. Bigger stakes. Serious relationships. And a whole lot more decisions. The young adult group of our church provides a welcoming atmosphere for college and early-career aged young people during college breaks.

Women's Group

Women's Coffees give the ladies in our church family special times of interaction. Our Women's Coffee is held on the 2nd Monday of every month, in different locations throughout our community.  There are devotionals, prayer  (and, of course, food and coffee). These groups provide a refreshing discipleship opportunity for the women of all ages in the church.

Men's Accountability Group

Accountability among men is an act of integrity. Accountability is designed to protect, encourage, and develop men of all ages. Men’s Prayer Breakfast is just such an accountability group, Men meet together every Tuesday morning for prayer and breakfast at Jan & Gary’s Restaurant in Sandstone as their schedules allow.

Super Adults

Once you get past fifty, the fun has just begun. Whether retired, just plain tired, or active as ever, many of the over-50 group of Danforth Chapel meet at Clover Community Church for refreshment, ministry, and times of valuable interaction. They also go on outings periodically.
